In Vitro Anti-Tumor Efficacy
CAR-T/NK/MA cells, oncolytic virus-mediated tumor cell killing assays can be used to assess T/NK/MA cell therapy or oncolytic virus- targeted tumor cell killing. Creative Biolabs provides specialized in vitro CAR cell-mediated tumor killing assays to assess its ability to modulate immune responses of effector cell subsets. Our sensitive and quantitative analysis includes kinetic monitoring of proliferation and death of tumor cell to measure the killing immune response to tumor cells, which is based co-culture of human tumor cells and primary immune cells on 96-well plates.
We can use a variety of cancer and healthy cell lines, for example, using various types of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), such as the heart, liver, and brain. Measurements based on selected features of the image include total tumor volume, number of tumor cells, shape and size, number of tumor cell nuclei, etc., so as to obtain stable, reproducible and high throughput results.
